WHAT WE DO

Dream to Prosper is about people, growth, and building a life by design.

We partner with a global leader in personal and leadership development — offering world-class online courses and live events to men and women in over 100 countries. The focus is always on growth — your mindset, your skills, your income, and your life.

What drew me to this was the community. Real people, from all walks of life — professionals, parents, coaches, business owners — all committed to growth and to supporting each other. It's the most positive environment I've ever worked in.

I work with people personally — guiding them through every step of the process. Whether you have experience in business or not, you'll be supported, mentored and never left to figure it out alone.

PERSONAL AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Hi, I'm Karina. This is my story.

From burnt-out healthcare leader to building a life I actually love — on my own terms, in my own time.

I was born and raised in Ireland and made the move to Australia in 2000 — full of energy, ambition, and a sense of adventure. I started my career as a nurse and over the years worked my way into Organisational Development and Education in healthcare, eventually reaching senior leadership.

"Mum, all you did before was work." — My son Kian said that to me once. It stopped me in my tracks. He was right."

From the outside it looked like success. But on the inside I was running on empty. The office politics, the endless hours, the feeling that I was giving everything to someone else's vision — it took its toll. By 2021 I was completely burnt out, and I made the decision to leave.

One of my biggest motivations was my son Kian. I didn't want to look back and realise I had missed watching him grow up because I was too exhausted or too tied to an office. I wanted to be truly present — not just physically there, but mentally and emotionally available for the moments that matter.

In 2022 I was honoured to receive the Global Rising Star Award, presented to me at one of our international events held here in Australia. To receive that recognition in my very first year meant the world — but what meant even more was what was happening in my everyday life.

My husband Oier, my son Kian and I moved to our dream home — on acreage in Sydney, with the beach just 20 minutes away. That move was only possible because I was no longer tied to an office or an employer. For the first time in years, I was making decisions based on what our family wanted — not what my job allowed.

I now choose what my day looks like. I travel when I want. I see my family in Ireland more than I ever could before. And I still get to do what I've always loved — develop, coach and mentor people into their best version. The difference is I do it completely on my own terms.

🏆 2022 Global Rising Star Award
Received within the first 12 months of starting the business · Presented at a global event in Australia

In early 2022 I discovered a global business in the personal development space. I was sceptical at first — but something about it felt different. It aligned with my background in people development and my love of coaching and mentoring. I decided to back myself and give it everything.
